Small tests are worth running anyway
Thirty dollars proves nothing about verification thresholds. What it does prove is that the mechanics work end to end on a real account: registration, deposit, play, withdrawal request, coins arriving. That is not nothing. A surprising number of operators in this category fail somewhere in that chain, and the only way to find out is to put money through it.
It is also the sensible way to start with any operator you have not used. Deposit an amount you are willing to lose, withdraw a piece of it before you are invested in the session, and confirm the round trip works before it matters.
Two minutes, and the network behind it
The deposit was USDT on TRC20, which is one of the reasons the round trip was quick and cheap. Payout times quoted without a network attached are close to meaningless: the same casino, paying the same amount, will look fast or slow depending on the chain you selected when you deposited.
Among the six payouts we timed, only Mega Dice was faster, at about a minute. Mellstroy also came in at about two minutes — but on US$3,000 rather than thirty, which is a completely different achievement.

What a fast payout can still hide
A two-minute withdrawal on an unencumbered balance says nothing about a balance that is carrying a bonus. Bonus funds usually sit behind wagering conditions, and until those are met the withdrawal button either refuses or quietly takes the bonus away with it. That is a separate mechanism from verification and it stops far more payouts.
