What decides those ten to fifteen minutes

A crypto payout has two stages and they are worth separating, because operators are only responsible for one of them.

• The operator’s stage. Approving the withdrawal and broadcasting the transaction. This is where an automatic payout becomes a manual review, and where a hold appears if one is going to.
